Returns & Refunds Policy

Thanks for rocking with Black Hood Therapy. Because we are a small, independent business and many of our items are made-to-order or limited drops, all sales are generally final, and we do not typically process standard returns or refunds.

That being said, we are human and we know mistakes can happen! We want you to love your gear, so we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

We will gladly fix it if:

  • You received the wrong item or wrong size by our error.

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

How to request a fix: If there is an issue with your order, please email us at [Blkhoodtherapy@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
