Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for supporting Black Hood Therapy! We appreciate you rocking with us. Here is everything you need to know about how we get our gear to your doorstep.
1. Processing & Handling Times
Because we are a small business (and many of our exclusive drops or T-shirts are printed to order), please allow [3–5] business days for us to process and pack your order before it ships.
Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide via Fedex, UPS, most available carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes:
Standard Shipping: [3–7] business days.
Expedited Shipping (if available): [1–3] business days.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, unexpected weather or postal delays are out of our control, but we will always do our best to help you track it down.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Black Hood Therapy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing but marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office branch.
If your item arrives physically damaged during transit, please email us within 7 days at [blkhoodtherapy@gmail.com] with your order number and photos of the damage so we can open a claim and take care of you.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the item.
